It does pay to rate them good or bad. I rated one of the shops as poor and Workhorse contacted me to see about my concerns. They told me they follow up with the shops on all of the ratings.

I had to take my wife's Chrysler in too get some work done two years ago and they charged $90 per hour at that time. This was a Dodge/Chrysler Dealership in Colorado Springs.

We get charged $125/hr in the Phoenix Valley area!

Where I'm at 95/hr would be considered low. 110/hr was the going rate last time I checked and you know how rates go (UP)
I should point out that is the Chevy rate too, not "Workhorse" but the dealership charges everyone the same price for service, no matter if it's the MH (Workhorse) or the towed (Chevy)

I think all it shows so far is shop rates vary by area. I live 50 miles north of San Francisco and everything in this area is higher than most anywhere else. We have 4 refineries in this area yet gas prices are probably the highest in the lower 48 states. I think the local Cadillac dealer charges $200 per hour and most of the others charge $175. Based on those figures, the Workhorse facility is a bargain at $125.
