This is at Mainline Truck & Trailer in Solon, OH. What's yours charge?

(ps- they also said the $95 is their RV coach rate, and they set $70/hr for labor on big truck repairs)

I think this really depends on where you are in the U.S.

$95.00 per hour labor rate seems to be the going rate and it's been seen as being more in quite a few shops.

Then what's the excuse for mine charging $125, we are at sea level.

FYI, many of the automotive shops in this area charge $150 or more per hour.

The WH SC in KC Mo that we use(for warranty and minor things) charges $129 per hr. Last yr, they charged $48 for an oil change, this yr it was $80 and I had to show them where some of the lube points were. That's why we use them sparingly when needed. I don't mind a business making a profit, just don't gouge people.

About these hourly rates, please don't forget to "Rate Your Dealer." If you believe that you have been over charged vs the work that was accomplished please let someone know.

I don't believe it is how much a shop charges it is whether or not they do a good job and are honest.
So that is why you need to find a good shop like I have and stick with them.
I use Redlands RV Service because they are very friendly, timely, honest and thorough.
Thanks Keith and keep up the good work.
