Sold the old class A, looking at replacing it with either a '08 Adventurer ltd. ( rear gas ) or a '10 Challenger 371 ( Ford ) any one with good info would be a big help. Have been told the UFO is prone to overheating, my friend has one with no problems. Any info will help.

The UFO has had a couple of issues.....but overheating is NOT one of them. There was a fan clutch/waterpump shaft issue, so be sure that has been upgraded. Otherwise you should be well pleased with the way it drives and handles.

The Adventurer LTD is a tradational interior coach what Winne came out with to attract buyers who did not appreciate the interior of the Destination. Same floorplans, different "look".

I have had some issues with my UFO but wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. I haven't heard of any over heating issues with the UFO. Drive them both and then decide.

I have taken dozens of people out for test drives in UFOs and to the last person, everyone was impressed. It's an awesome rear engine, gasoline powered machine.

Over heating problems were not a characteristic of the fundamental design however they did exist as a result of a component failure. That component has since been upgraded and is currently installed in all UFO chassis resolving the problem.

I would not hesitate to but an Adventurer LE if I had the opportunity to do so. Have the VIN# checked to see if the component was upgraded. It will be in the repair history since it was done under warranty as a TSB.

Go with any chassis that has the ford. GREAT cust suport. Most dealerships will work on them and ford is still producing gas chassis. wh no longer produces gassers. have a limited ser centers and just do a reasearch on how the wh brake recalls were handled. It took us years of fighting to get the second recall on their brakes. Do your homework and not just here. Also talk to dealers. just my opinion. good luck
