Anyone have any experience with Gallo Truck Center or Asplundh GMC? I need to have a rear leaf spring replaced and the rear tires taken off and reset on the rims do to damage while being towed. I did a search on this forum and found 2 positive comments on Gallo and no comments on Asplundh GMC. I also looked on the site for RV service comments and no ratings for either. I am up against the clock we have a 9 week trip scheduled for 18 June and any comments would be appreciated. Not to mention we currently can't use the motorhome. For those who have already had leaf springs replaced are parts readily available and how long did it take? Thanks

I used Gallo when I lived in Southern NJ. I found them to be a good service facility. Contact Chris the service writer and explain your situation, he will schedule and hopefully nothing will hold you up, like WH parts delivery.

They are in the Vineland area, hopefully closer to you then Asplundh.

There is also a very good spring shop in the area and possibly Chris can get you scheduled with them.

Thanks for the recommendations. I called Gallo and explained my situation. They were able to work me in immediately and I had my motorhome back in less than a week. It was a little bit of a haul to get there but well worth it for the outstanding service.
