Thanks Rusty. Just read that and it's interesting about "exercising tires".
Should also ask what original tread depth is on the same tires as orininal poster. xrv 22.5". And as I remember depth is measured it center on tire width, right?

eandy, It is highly probable that the tread depth of a 5 year old XRV tire will be within or <15% of a brand new XRV.

When I changed out my 5 year old XRVs they looked practically new. I didn't see any appreciable wear on my tires other than the outside shoulder on the front tires. This is normal and the wear comes when you are turning the vehicle sharply.

If you click on the Specifications tab HERE, you'll find the info on your particular tire.
