I'm just curious if there are others out there like me that have NOT made any modifications to their motorhomes? I have an 03 Southwind 32VS and tow a Jeep Wrangler. I've read about all the power mods and to be honest, I feel I have plenty of power....I can go over the Altamont pass at an easy 60mph. The ride is good, so I don't see a need to upgrade shocks......and I don't hardly feel a truck passing......so suspensions/steering mods aren't needed. The one area I wish was better was mpg.........I have averaged right around 8mpg and I haven't seen any mods that will improve that by much. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing anyone or any of the mods.......just seems that in my case I don't need them.......anyone else feel this way? Happy RVing.
Brian

I'm with you. Except for replacing the origianl shocks with Monroe's under warranty, everything is stock. I'm happy. I get about the same gas mileage as you do, which is a function of how you drive.

I've done no mods because IMHO none are needed. I ordered the coach from the factory and opted for the optional W24 chassis. I'm saving the mod $$$ for the next new coach.

I haven't done any mods yet but I'm real weak in the Ultrapower area. When my butt dyno thaws out in a few months---- maybe an Ultrapower.

Not necessarily a matter of needing any modfications. We've been happy with the Adventurer35U/W22 from the time we drove it off the lot. For me its a matter of playing with and enjoying my toy. Anyone else wax their shocks???

Brian I'm like Logthumper just have money to burn, I wonder how your 32' coach would do with a Ultra Power upgrade 10 mpg maybe.

As a matter of fact not only do I wax my shocks, but I clean the entire undercarriage as well.
