For those in the San Francisco Bay area, which service center do you recommend? Need to have the brake recall done on our W22 chassis, and am open to suggestions. I see four listed on the Workhorse site:

R-Mechanic in Livermore;
TEC in Oakland;
Aled Auto and Truck in Rohnert Park; and
Leales in San Jose.

I've been doing my own work since a disagreement with Leales, but I'm not going to tackle this project myself. Would particularly welcome thoughts from those who've already had the recall done.

Thanks all!

Now that you have those 4 to choose from go to www.rvservicereviews.com and that should give you a good idea where to take it.

I have used ALED in Rohnert Park for the past 4 1/2 years and am very happy with their service. John Cox is the service writer and is easy to work with. He appears to be doing a LOT of brake jobs right now. I am not part of the recall so I can't comment on that.

Mine is at Leale's right now - I've used them for other workhorse warranty issues and they are a very good shop.

Most all Workhorse shops are good or I can guarantee you they wouldn't be a Workhorse Shop. CSI is a number that is VERY important to Workhorse and they are constantly trying to raise that number across the board. If a center gets bad CSI ratings a Regional Service Manager (RSM) is assigned to find out what the problem is whether its related to the customer the vehicle or the service center but they will get to the bottom of it.
