My digital odometer has faded out. I can no longer read what is on it. It is a 2005 29R Itasca on a Workhorse chasis. (P 32) Does anyone no if this can be fixed?

You will need to go to an Authorized Service Center and report that you have "Pixel Failure" in the LCD of the IP.

The ASC should call their Workhorse RSM for you and ask for assistance from WCC and Actia, in getting it replaced at little or no cost to you. Good luck, ED

I had mine replaced twice while in the warranty period. Now, this IP is doing the same thing. Reno & Sparks RV(Workhorse service center) said they contacted workhorse, and they said no! I believe they didn't call. Driver, do you think I should expect help with this issue?

Contact Keith at Redlands RV Performance.

I don't seem to be geting any help from workhorse. I am told I have to pay first and then I (may) get some help. Only time will tell. Cost hear is $600.00. How does this compare with those who have all ready bought this unit.

They should be able to assist you. Ask for Mike or Jon.

236 miles. That's not all that bad really. They have a nice campground there at the dealership as well. Ask for your iRV2.com discount!

Brazel's does have a nice brand new campground. The photo's show are PA on space #16 and the second photo is looking south toward the shop. Really makes it nice to have your rig worked on by staying at their CG. They discount the price too, when you are getting your rig worked on.

The rig parked next to the shop belong's to Al.

I too have had the same problem with my 2005 Suncruiser 38J on a Workhorse. Can't read the odometer anymore. I called Workhorse, they said that they have heard of the problem in other units but said there are no service bulletins or recall to date. What was the outcome of others with this problem. I have an extended warantee - will it be covered by this?
