I recently had occasion to have the front wheel bearings packed on our P32 Workhorse chassis. The seal on one side was missing. I tried O'Rielly/Schucks, Napa, Carquest, and Les Schwab with no luck.. I called Workhorse in Indiana to learn a part number and source. No part number was given. They suggested the nearest dealer for us was Washington Auto Carriage in Spokane, Wa. Washington Auto Carriage contacted Workhorse in Indiana for the Part number. My wife happened to be in Spokane that day. She went over to the dealer, bought the seals for $50.96, and they weren't even gold platted. The seals are SKF and their part number on the container is 21294. <www.skf.com>. Maybe some one else can use this info.
Have fun! ! ! !

Maybe I am missing something but how can a wheel seal be missing. The wheel would have to come off the hub before the seal can be removed. Or are you talking about the wet hub on the outside of the wheel.

The OP claims to have a P Series and this would be a grease packed bearing.

darbyjudy:
The left front wheel bearing seal didn't fall out. It was never installed either by the previous owner while doing a brake job or left out at the factory. I bought the coach at 19,500 miles. At 22,500 miles we packed the front wheel bearings and discovered that the left front wheel bearing seal was missing. There are several other maintenance issues with this coach that make one wonder.
Have fun.

Milt I have never seen that & I was a mechanic for most of my working years. It is a wonder that the bearings didn't fail. I guess it was good you checked it when you did.
Have a great Summer and be safe.

I concur! Good catch and what what type of person failed to install the seal one might be asking themselves. I'm sure it just didn't disappear.
Since the bearing are packed in grease, I bet they can hold out for a while but I would bet that the bearing and the race have been impacted by road contamination and moisture. I'd look the entire thing over and perhaps replace the bearing as well.
