Ordering recall parts

Can anyone tell me please if the brake recall parts are ordered from workhorse on the VIN no?

I was emailing rv dealers to locate some parts and was asked for my VIN no ,The next thing i know i recieved an email from one saying he didnt have the parts i wanted but my Rv was up for a recall and he had ordered the parts, Am i now compelled to use this company.

No.... You can go to any authorized Workhorse Service Center.

I just needed to know that Workhorse had not allocated the parts to them against my VIN

Confirming Oemy's post, No you are not compelled to use that dealer.

I'm not sure how the conversation or mail went but if you didn't initially ask them to fix your vehicle, you are under no obligation to go to that dealership.
