Anyone tried to change this? It is attached to the inside right rail near the rear tires, and with a baseplate on the bottom. Looks like the rear duallys will have to come off.

Art, I just bought one for a spare, but just looking at it, I thought it wasnt going to be much fun getting to it, but I don't think I would have to take the wheels off. But taking the wheels off may make it easier to get to.
