Park brake won't release

I have a 1999 Winnebago Vectra Grand Tour 37 ft, I have a problem wherein the park brake (Yellow knob on dash) won't release, any help and or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

That would be the Workhorse chassis (Chevy 454).
It lives in a steel box behind the steps.

You can disconnect it via the cable at the output of the steel box (2 cresent wrenches) - but you will not have parking brake - when in park the RV will roll. There isn't a parking prong on the xmission. Use a chock - just like in the movie RV.
