I found the replacement radiator cap: WH SVC center (Chevrolet Dealer), ACDelco# RC27, GM# 10409635. The new design for the 2001 has the ears to facilitate installation and removal plus a new label with directional arrows to line up with the overflow tube. $12.65+tax".

The Chevy parts guy said he didn't have the RC33, which my OEM cap is (and I kept as a spare).
