What would some of the radiator cap replacement numbers be for a 2004 W-22 at an auto parts store and/or Workhorse?

The Workhorse part number is: RC-33. See if you can find a Delco supplier in your neighborhood. They should be able to cross reference that or you could go to a Workhorse dealer and get one from them if they have one in stock.

Most NAPAs, Advance, Carquest and Autozone stores can't cross reference the RC-33 number even though it's a Delco Part number. The specification for the cap is that it should be a 15psi cap.

I thought I read on a post a while ago that the RC-33 15 psi is the cap but the GM part# is 10409635 which can be purchased at a Chevy dealer for $15.58. I wrote this on my parts list.

You should be able to match the cap if you take it in. Important to know whether it is vented (overflow tank system) or non-vented (no overflow). Usually if vented, Vented is stamped on the cap. This is a good item to carry as a spare when your rig has a few miles and years on it, as the spring wears out & won't hold the full pressure, allowing engine temp to creep up.
