Radiator hoses for Workhorse 8.1L v8 gas

Can anyone cross reference Workhorse radiator hose numbers?
Upper hose # W0000218
Lower hose # W0000219

Just a word based on my experience at our local Napa re: 9058 and 8441

I found the NAPA #s 9058 and 8441 were exact form fit replacements.

When Napa tried to cross reference the WH part numbers they did not come up with the same numbers as above AND what they found were poor fitting or not usable.

Thanks to everyone who replied. The NAPA hoses were the answer. We're back on the road and happy again.

When replacing upper and lower radiator hoses don't forget to replace the bypass hose as well.

That bypass hose was the toughest hose I ever changed. I had throttle body and t-stat cover off and it kicked my butt. World's strongest hose clamps. they are in the trash now.
