Just descovered a small puddle in the left rim which appears to be and smells of axle grease. The MH sits parked on the side of my house with that corner being the lowest point. We bought this GeargeTown on a Workhorse chassis new a year ago last Nov. and now have around 4,500 miles on it. It is small but I reckon I better get it repaired before it becomes a larger issue. Anyone else have a similar issue and do you think Workhorse would warrant this being it is now over a year old.

I also wonder if this could be related to the "check ABS" light that comes on now and then. It has sinse day one. Comes on for a while and then goes out.

Anyways thanks for any input

Yes you are still under warranty, I've pasted a data table that shows mileage/date of when your coverage ends:

Description: 2009 W22 Gas Standard Warranty
End Date---------Start Mileage-----------End Mileage
11-30-2013--------- 2293 ------------------38293
