In looking at rear trac bars for the W24 chassis, I am seeing 2 different configurations.
Unless the pictures are for different chassis (F53 vs W24), I see one that bolts from teh frame to the center of the differential and the other is from the frame to the opposite mounting point of the leaf spring. If these are both for the W24, can anyone explain why the different configuration? To me, I would think the configuration where it is frame to leaf spring mount is better due to the longer arc of the mounting points will keep the axle more aligned with the frame as the suspension works.
A prime example is looking at pictures of the Brazles showroom shot and a actual installation. Both have different mounting positions for the non-frame side.
If I am way off, and what I am seeing is the F53 vs W24 configs, nevermind(but let me know)..

I believe the one that mounts to the leaf spring is for the FRONT AXLE and the other that mounts to the rear end housing is for the REAR AXLE.

Best to you - Glenn

I don't have any experience with the longer throw provided by a spring mount, but the one I have with the diff mount has surely made a noticeable upgrade in the MH handling.
