Has anyone added the Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs to their W22? Firestone shows a part number for the application; link to application

Be aware that adding the air springs does not increase your GVWR, GCWR or rear axle GAWR. If you have a sway problem, they might help with that, though.

But will they help me save money on my auto insurance.
I was wondering if they could be used for coach leveling much like the Stabil-Air.

I read the applications for the Ride-Rites an it looks like a simple install. The attachments for rear bags maybe tough drilling four holes.
I installed four bags with air pump on a Ford chassis an had to drill for rear bags mounting an it wasn't easy.
Before I would try this I would contact WH an see if it would cause a problem with their suspension. The application on the Ford was to support the coach body on the Ford chassis because of tires rubbing on tops of wheel well when coach rocked. I installed Blistiens also for better support.
On my W-22 I find no need for added coach support it rides like a gas motor home should.
If you got the money do it but you may wish you hadn't.
As Gary said they will not give you added carrying capacity. "007"

I have them on my coach (they came with it) for the rear. Cannot be used to level at a campground but work well for front to rear and some side to side while on level ground or traveling. I do not think they help that much with sway ( I added the Henderson Rear Trac Bar and that made a great deal of difference). Overall not bad but I do not think that I would order as an option for the rear.

I Installed the Air Bags on my 2002 W-22, Helped with the Side to Side Rock. The Best Price is from Michigan truck spring.com http://www.truckspring.com/ You have to Remove Rear Tires and Drill 4 Holes in Frame each Side.
