I am moving the mud flap from the back of my Bounder to the back of my new UFO coach if it fits. I am wondering if that flap will pose any hazard to the rear engine..like rocks against the radiator or could it cause some unhealthy vortex. Not being uesd to all the nuances of having a rear engine..I thought I should ask.

I wouldn't worry too much about things that you can't control regarding rocks directed at the radiator - that shouldn't be an issue. You can drive yourself crazy with these types of concerns. You can fret about any number of things but you also have to evaluate what your needs are v.s. the solution that you need to employ. I am thinking that your need is focused on preserving the finish on your toad.
The Monaco's tailpipes are directed out of the sides of the unit so the exhaust stream doesn't even factor into the process. Just make sure that the flap can be quickly removed in the event that a servicer needs to get at any of the systems or components in the area above the mud flap. Now my "Rock-Solid" is welded to the back of my motorhome so that wouldn't be easy to work around.
I hope your mud flap doesn't say, "B_O_U_N_D_E_R" across the width - might me a bit puzzling to some folks.

Nope, it says nothing at all. Not sure it will fit but we will know on Friday. Thanks for the reply.
