Just a shot in the dark here from past experience, do you have an ICC switch? If so you might start poking around with it.

eagleusaone, I expect that you are talking about an R-Series? If the lights are not going off, I would suspect the light switch. Is your light switch a component of the steering wheel? I believe that you may have a "Smartwheel" is that correct? There maybe something wrong with the electronics that support the wheel or some relay is just stuck closed. Look for a fuse labeled "MKR LPS." That's the one you are going to want to pull. Marker lamps are wired by the coach builder so they should be able to fix that.
On gas chassis there is an "internal" fuse block and this is where the (MKR LPS) fuse resides. Look for it under the dashboard, one the firewall or under an access hatch on top of the dash.

Welcome, the problem with the cruise control was that the tech placed the jack terminal on the wrong plug when replacing the unit controller.

IN DXing any problem, question #1 = "What changed?"
