This is a copy of email being sent to WH service centers:

Title: Retail Ancillary Parts for Bosch Campaign

Applies To: Customer Safety Campaign 51101-C (2001 through 2011 model
year W20, W20D, W21, and W22 models.) Bosch Brake Caliper Replacement

Dear Workhorse Dealer,

Due to the overwhelming demand of ancillary parts being required by
the Workhorse dealer network, our stock levels have being depleted
faster than originally anticipated and in some instances causing a
stock out condition.

Stock levels on Caliper Kit W8006753 are presently in stock and
shipping in accordance with the Bosch Shipping letter sent out on
September 20, 2010.

We do understand the frustrations that this may cause you and the
overall impact on your customer satisfaction. Please be assured that
we are working diligently with our suppliers to expedite our
replenishment stock and appreciate your patience as we adjust our
stock levels.

The parts currently affected are listed in the below table:
W8002188 Brake Rotor
W8000352 New Style Pins
W8810906 Pad Kit
W8000036 Front Hub Seal
W8000124 Front Hub Cap w/Gasket
W8000276 Seal-Rear Hub

Your Parts Department can also check stock levels at our Parts
Distribution Centers by logging into the Workhorse Electronic Parts
Catalog and selecting “New Search” and then selecting “Part” in the
title bar and entering the part number to check inventory on hand.

We will continue to provide updates as they become available. If you
require any further assistance or have additional questions, please
contact our Customer Support Center at 1-877-446-7731.

Thank you,

Ken Zagroba

Well, no S**t Shurlock!

Funny how they postponed the recall to make sure they had enough calipers in stock to keep up with the demand but didn’t conceder these parts. Not too smart!

I just completed a 700 mile trip and had "0" problems or symptoms, I did have my brake fluid replaced prior to going. I am scheduled for the recall on October 18th., and plan on getting the complete job. Now I am concerned that the ancillary parts may not be available.
