I tried to register my newish motorhome with Workhorse. Got all the way up to screen name and password and the SN is registered to someone else. Well, of course it is. I don't know how else to get my name on record. Their site needs upgrading.

It worked for me with no problem it just took them about four weeks to update the information. It showed the last RO with a foot note that it would take a little time before it was updated.

Well that sounds a bit cuter than Juan Carlos.

Barb, Please check your Private Messages. Top right. You should see a bold number 1 under the welcome box in private messages.

Maybe Mamabear is Sarah out of Alaska!

Thanks Mike, I will see if I can do that tonight. I tried to call the number provided by WH today and their phones are very busy. Selected the Customer Relations prompt and it said to leave a message and they will call back. That box is too full to leave any further messages.

I think it took about a month after I attempted to register my coach before the old owner's name disappeared and I showed up as the new owner. Just give it a little time.

Same here. I also sent them a copy of my bill of sale. To get everything "up to date" it was less then four weeks.

So, just mail it in? I wonder if the recall work will be made under the old owner's name. I have his notice he got in the mail.

I think they would file recalls using the VIN rather than a name. Under My WH on the page both under the original owners name and now mine it shows the fuel rail clip as still being an open recall.

I think that it took three month before they put in my information. Give it some time.

I get your point. I had to contact another member to get their address at Workhorse, not found on their website (at least I couldn't find it). No way to talk to a real person (voice mail box was full too). So I wrote to Navistar by email and within hours I was helped by a wonderful lady there that got my registration set up in order to let me get into the site and change the demographics to me. I printed out the nice sheet on my chassis and found out what was outstanding on it and what had been done by the previous owner.
