Hi
I'm very concerned about my 2000 flair with the Workhorse chassis. Old used bear sent me alot of info. Thanks Roger.
This is my 1st RV but don't know if I could enjoy it knowing the issues with the auto-park. I've been thinking about selling the MH and just bag the RV thing. However I've been teaching myself on how to service and inspect the system.

Perhaps the complaints on the forum are just a few compared to the many that don't have the lock-up isssues. I don't know as I'm so new at this. Hate to sell it as it's hard to find a unit that is as nice as mine.
Maybe I'm just need to come down. Any thoughts on this? Sorry to be a whiner.
Fred Rubio from Pasco, WA.

Don't give up so easy. If you got set up by "Old Used Bear" you are set to go. The big problem with the auto park brake is that many service centers don't know anything about them. You now know. I had the brake on my '96 P-30 Pace Arrow and had no problem with it. Enjoy what you have. If you want to really get scared read about the problems of refrigerators, water heaters, and other appliances. I have never had a problem yet with any of them and I have been RVing for over 40 years.

We offer an air operated parking brake unit that replaces your hydraulic auto park brake system. You're not very far from our facility so if you are wanting to keep the coach and make the park brake more reliable we can definitely help!
