Just to be anal, the GM V8 Diesels were 6.2 normally aspirated, 6.5 turbocharged, and 6.6 Duramax. GM RV chassis used the 6.2 and 6.5, and workhorse RV used the 6.5, but may have used the earlier 6.2 in step-vans. 5.9 is a in-line 6 cylinder Cummins, correct?

The GM turbo diesel engine that was used in front engine applications on Workhorse chassis was indeed a 6.5L engine.
Thanks for the correction.

Only the Pope in infallible .. but I ain't him. This is unusual for me since I don't like to make mistakes especially since the correct information is directly at arms length in front of me.

Problem Resolved
Hello folks,
I just realized I had not closed the loop on this issue.
Thank you for your advice and sage comments.
I bought a reader and saw that the engine had thrown a single code - P0332 - knock sensor 2 low input (Bank 2)
I cleared the code and it has not returned after 3100 km of driving.
Hopefully this was a "one of"
Is it something I should be worried about?
Thanks again,
Preston
