My M/H has been in the shop for two days now and Workhorse has still not approved caliper replacement. Pictures were sent yesterday. Has anyone else had experience with their approval process and how long it usually takes?

I believe we have seen it take a little longer than we would like it to at times. I hope that situation gets resolved quickly for you.

We had our first experience with a sticking caliper this past weekend. Stopped by our local Workhorse service center and they can't get our motorhome in until Tuesday December 8th! I'm hoping they get it fixed one way or another by that following Friday as we have a trip planned... even if I wind up paying for it myself!
