I want to install the system however 2 shops have told me that the front end will not hold up if I do. I think someone is blowing smoke to sell a more expensive unit.

Finhawk,
Have you checked out the Safe T Plus steering stablizer? It doesn't hang down below the front axle like Steersafe does (different design). Brazel's Performance Center in Centralia,WA., Eric's RV Performance Centers in Sequim, WA., and Henderson's Line-Up in Grants Pass, OR., can inform you on the best front end steering equipment for your chassis. They also sell and install them.

I had the SteerSafe on my Adventurer and it was great. I listened to the guys from Camping World and Braze;s knock that system and pushed the safty plus----it does not hang below the axle and even if it did, I don't plan on going off road with this thing. Any how I ordered the Steersafe today and plan on installing it myself.
