Does anyone know the torque setting for front spring u-bolts on a w24 chassis?

The best information I have is:

Spring and Clamp Block to Axle U-Bolt Nut (P22) .... 184 lb ft

I am installing a Blue Ox TruCenter and need to torque the u-bolt after installing the bracket.
