According to the Workhorse Gas RV Chassis Maintenance Guide dated 02/2004 it's 140 Ft-lbs for both.

If I recall correctly the torque on the U-bolts is supposed to be checked after the first 500 miles and then again every 10,000 miles. This is a often neglected service item. Most coaches have more than 500 delivery miles on them and I'll guess the dealers do not check the torque on the U-bolts before delivery.

I had mine checked when I had the annual Pennsylvania vehicle inspection and they were not loose. I don't put 10,000 miles on in a year but I plan to tell the mechanic to check the torque every Spring when we return from FL and I have the annual PA inspection done.

I checked mine a couple months ago and they required about a quarter of a turn to bring them into spec. All four corners.

So it appears Workhorse is correct in checking them.
