Tow Dolly Brakes

I have a 2005 Winni 35A on a W22 chassis Im looking at a tow dolly without brakes and was thinking of pulling my car with a 3200 curb weight on vacation would this be too much on the coach brakes?

I have towed without brakes but only because I was 1000 miles away from home when the supplemental brake system failed and I didn't want to wait to have it repaired or buy a new one. While towing without brake on the toad, I really didn't feel that I was in danger or would have any issues. I was comfortable. I also had the brake recall done prior to this trip and knew my chassis brakes were in good shape.

BUT

I would not tow with out brakes on the towed. Two main reasons is that, in some states, it is required. Second reason is if some bozo driver runs a red light and you have no choice but to slam into them, you could be held liable if bozo gets an attorney that finds out you had no brakes on the toad. Then, perhaps, your insurance company finds out you didn't have brakes so they don't pay.

My 35A (W22), Ford Focus and dolly weigh 25,890 lbs. I wouldn't consider a tow dolly without brakes on this MH. I could really tell the difference when I went from my 3500 lb Jeep without brakes to the above setup. Stopping was much improved with the heavier, dolly towed vehicle.
