Turn Signal Flasher's

I was told to change my turn signal flasher with a heavy duty one for towing. I went out to NAPA and bought one to install in my MH. But when I went under the dash to change the flasher unit there were 2 flasher units? Does anyone know why 2 flashers are used in a MH?

Thanks! I didn't know there were 2 flasher units. I just went back to NAPA and bought the second one. Now to change my front air bags. Just joy...
