I only want to purchase the two aft spark plug wires and don't mind paying a fair price for them.
Does anyone know a supplier of individual wires comparable in quality to the "Taylor Extreme Service Wires"??
Workhorse replaced a couple of mine when I had 12,000 on the rig and it was still under warrantee which cured the missing I was experiencing under load. Now with 27,000 miles and about 4 months out of warrantee I have the same problem and would just like to replace the bad wires with good new ones, -- just like a shop would do. Why buy a whole set and fiddle with things that aren't broken?

Paul T., Please feel free to call either Redlands (Keith) or Brazel's (Jon) RV Performance and ask them if they can break up a set and sell you individual wires.

I believe any chevy dealer sells them individually. Been there, done that.

Buy the whole set. Install what you need now and you'll have spares. You'll probably need them especially if your only changing the "aft" wires. Is that 7 & 8? I have had more trouble with #3 & 5

Mike, You'll probably spend just as much for 2 as you would for 8 at a GM dealer!
I believe that the OP was looking for 2 Taylor Extremes. I have 2 spare Taylor Extremes however they are the old type.

They usually crystallize on the ends next to the plug where there is the greatest amount of heat. If you can't cut them back a bit, then get a new set and use the old ones for your spares, even if some may be a little long for some of them. Also you may be able to do something about directing more air around these hotties in which #8 is usually the worst. This is for another topic and a search will bring up a lot of discussion.
I never thought there could be that much difference in the way that the coach manufacture installed the house over the chassis until I went from an old pace arrow to the one that I have now. I believe this one has the original OEM wire set and won't rise in temperature, no matter how much you idle in traffic or how hard you push it over the the rockies.

I agree with you in your estimation about house type. I ran my original wires for quite some type without burning them in all types of driving situations.
