Well, I have not received anything in the mail yet, but there is a campaign notice on My Workhorse. I have contacted the local Workhorse Center but unfortunately it is so new that they don't have thier complete dealer tool kit package, whatever that is, and so I have to wait until Workhorse has them totally ready to handle warranty work. The local service center is Tidewater Idealease, a truck leasing company. The Richmond branch has been working on WH commercial chassis for a long time, so I was told.

The new FCA is scheduled to be installed on my UFO on Monday May 17.

Mike, You will see all of that when I put up the TSB repair document next week. I just want to make sure it's in the mail before I put up the TSB. I'm hoping that what I have is the final release.

The TSB details the complete operation and R&R.

I had my FCA and waterpump replaced in Oct of 2009 (Thanks Driver for your help) with a new FCA having a different part number from the one removed. No campaign for a fix shows up on my chassis vin at Workhorse and I received my Customer Satisfaction Notice in the mail today and it states that the redesigned FCA was installed on my chassis and that no other repairs are needed to bring it up todate. (My paraphrasing.) I will keep this for my file so I can prove to any buyer far in the future that the chassis has had the redesigned FCA installed. Greg

Greg, the pleasure was all mine. If I can be of any other assistance, just drop me a line.
