Appalling service.....
My thoughts: Motorhomes are put on the back burner. Other vehicles take priority for repairs . Especially semi’s.
The amount of time it has been there, a complete coach could have been built. lol

When they start to build them they have all the parts, when they start to repair them many times they don't have all the parts.

Mike P. checked it, FCA replaced in 2010, engine replaced in 2012 (it seems), reason unknown. Fill cap completed in 2011.

Noel just about has his UFO back on the road, its quite a tale so far. The last problem is that the dash says the auto park is engaged and it is alarming without the park brake being engaged. The repair facility is not sure what is going on at this point. I seem to remember something like this being posted before. Anyone have an idea what as to what could causing this?

In post #15 he said the HCU was being replaced. Sounds like the programming isn't set up correctly in the module.

If or when you disconnect the SAHR cable the Autopark Brake alarm will activate. I would check the cable and the electrical connections to the SAHR.

I was thinking the same thing, the cable may need adjustment.

I have been here since Tuesday. The coach was ready to go. When on test drive the new water pump shaft sheared off. This damaged the top hose and she came to a stop. She was towed back to the shop. Repairs complete on Wednesday. Now the park brake dash light is on, but the brake is disengaged.
Patience is a virtue.....

Good news. Coach is 100% up and running. They reprogramed and light is out. I should be on the road heading North, back to Canada, later today.
Thank you Brothers for all your help over the last 2 months.

I sent you an email about a place to stop on your way back home, if you would like.

Any explanation why/how the water pump shaft sheared, was this a new water pump?

I think another UFO owner had the same thing happen, water pump replacement only to have it come apart again, sheared the shaft.
