Can anyone tell me where the fuel filter is located on the UFO gas chassis?
Thanks!

I could be wrong, but I believe that the fuel filter is located in the right hand C channel, rail approximately 4 to 6 feet behind the front mounted gas tank. The UFO's fuel system is similar to a front gas engine and is a returnless system so the filter should not be too far back from the gas tank.

Thanks DriVer! I have been back and forth on the left frame channel, following what I thought were the fuel lines (like my old W20) and couldn't find the filter. I'll check the right side.

I just had my changed. It is located inside the frame rails on the passenger side about 6' to the rear from the steps.

Yup! There it is....hiding behind two heater hoses and a wire loom, above a bracket/stone guard.
Do you have to remove the bracket/stone guard...whatever to get it out? There's no room to swing a wrench in there, much less see what you're doing. Would have been easy from the top before the body was installed!

I have had my replaced twice, both times by pros so I can't answer your questions. I know they had to loosen clamps on the fuel lines.
