I remember seeing a few post about this with the UFO, Love the motorhome but was wondering if anyone else finds they have a lot of knocking in the front suspension which I assume has to do with the design of the leaf springs and if so has anyone found a solutions to get rid of it or has question workhorse about it.

I lube all the joints up front hoping that might help but did not seem to do anything for it.

I did put Koni shocks on front which helped the bouncing but did not do much from the basic knocking sounds coming from the front.

Per my dealer 9/24/2009 "Left front spring N/G hitting jack bracket causing impact noise - working with Workhorse for repair options" With regard Koni shocks, I was told by Koni that they did not provide shocks for the UFO chassis, and Workhorse is ignoring me. Do you have product numbers/models?

In the been there done that catagory, it took Lee-Smith in Chattanooga two attempts to fix the creaking suspension noise from the front end of my UFO. They removed all the bolts and lubed everything top to bottom and then retorqed everthing per spec. Lots of miles since the repair and still no noise.

I also have the Koni shocks and they are worth every penny to alleviate the porpoising front end over bumps.

Oh and I am at just over 38,600 miles to date on my 08.
