I may have posted this last Fall but it is worth repeating.

My UFO has a Right Angle gear box at the bottom of the steering column. The gear box is connected via a shaft to to the steering gear box proper.
The Right Angle gear box is attached to the chassis extension frame rail with a bracket. This bracket is supposed to be secured to the frame rail by 4 bolts and 4 special nuts. On my unit the 2 lower nuts were missing. A WH dealer in Nashville removed the original lower bolts and replaced them with 2 new bolts, nuts & lockwashers.
I havn't heard of anyone else with this problem but in my opinion it is worth checking out on your own unit. The lower bolt shanks & nuts are readily visible below the frame rail.
