Well, I finally got bit by the Actia Cluster failure.
This must be the week for Cluster problems. I took a short trip to a Texas Boomers RV rally in Bastrop, TX, about 45 mins away. Shortly before I got to the RV park my cluster did its famous "I just lost my brains" thing. I mean everything died, gages, lights, chimes, bells whistles what have you. After the system reset I still had the seat belt warning, but that finally reset after we unbuckled and re-buckled the seat belts.
The fun began on the way home...

First I lost the turn signals - not related to the cluster reset.

Next I lost the Cruise Control - not related to the cluster reset.

Next I lost the Hazard lights - not related to the cluster reset.

Next I lost the Hydro Max - not related to the cluster reset.

Last But not least The ABS came on. - not related to the cluster reset.[/list]
The brakes worked fine and I stopped to see if a shut down would reset anything. While I had the coach shut off I went out and check the wheels. They were all cool to the touch. No, brake heat. Restarted the coach, no change. I then proceeded home and parked the coach.
I started to check fuses and I replaced all 5 of the fuses that had to due with the lights. 1 in the Workhorse supplied fuse panel in the coach and 4 in the Workhorse supplied fuse panel in the engine compartment. This restored all of turn signals, parking, brakes lights etc. I was not able to check the cruise control, obviously. But, the ABS light is still on!!!
I checked the toad and all the lights on it were OK. Also, no problem with AUX brake controller or connector cables.
I plan to call Workhorse and see what they have to say.
Comments.......
On Edit:
There was a intermittent direct short to ground in the toad cable. I documented this in a later post.

D ale were the fuses you replaced actually blown, or did just interupting the circuit by unplugging fuses fix the light problems?
My coach ACTIA is going away as there are lots of lines thru the display. Was replaced about 2 years ago under warranty. Everything else works except the famous low fuel warning and fluctuating fuel guage that happens on occasion. Bad thing is I am out of warranty.

Dale,
Take apart the weatherpack connector at the firewall, see if it is corroded.Check the wiring harness above the a/c pump and make sure it did'nt cut through it.

Just out of curiosity, what is the price of the display if the RV is out of warranty? Just want the price of the display itself...no labor.

Workhorse is taking these on a case by case basis, and I haven't heard of anyone paying for a replacement.

You mean the one next the tha main fuse panel. I have taken the one in the photo apart and it is ok.
OBTW - The ABS light comes on when I start the engine, goes out for a second and then comes back on. I checked the OBD II for codes, none set.

Dale, I hope you can figure out the problem.
I think that's the first time I have heard of all those fuses blowing. Is the Actia controlled by a fuse?
Not sticking up for Actia, because it's got plenty of problems itself but did the Actia take out the fuses or did the blown fuses take the Actia out?
Maybe once you get this figured out you can work on a replacement for the rest of us.
You know, something simple and reliable like every other vehicle has.

The Actia cluster is fused on the inside WCC fuse panel at fuse 21.
I would suspect the Cluster took out the fuses. If had been the other way areound i sould suspect the toad would have had some blown fuses..

Dale, I can't think of anything you haven't already tried or been told to do. Please keep us posted on this and the progress/diagnosis. I am positive you won't be the first or last to have this happen. Would just like to know the end resulting problem if/when this happens to mine.

I thought I would wait a few days to see if anyone besides me see a Potentially Very Serious problem. You should lose Hydro Max from a blown fuse per si.
I did some testing today and if you pull the 20 amp stop/hazard fuse you lose Hydro Max. Heaven forbid you are coming down a steep grade and you lose power and you blow a fuse.... you are in deep doo doo.
In my "Engineering" opinion the Hydro Max should be a circuit alone.
On Edit - Correct terminology
