Question Used Damon Challenger Workhorse Chassis

I am considering the purchase of a 2007 Damon Challenger 355 with under 8,000 miles. My biggest concern is that it is a Workhorse and I would have preferred a Ford. Any advice pro or con on the Workhorse? Any advice on the Challenger? Any advice on how to get a used motor home checked? I am long on inexperience and open to good advice.

A 2007 Workhorse will have the 6 speed tranny 50 degree steering and the BIG block 8.1L engine. If your looking at a motorhome chassis, I'd say go with the Workhorse.

The only issue I have seen with Damons is the "weak looking" frame extensions and hitch mounts.
If your planning on pulling a toad, you should crawl under and take a look at the Challenger and couple different manufactures to get a comparison.
