Is there a way to make the vent air on my 2006 wh come out the dash air outlets or only the floor outlets as it does now

Not sure what you are looking for. On my coach there is position for Vent (dash vents), floor/dash, floor, defrost/floor and defrost.

You body builder designs and implements whatever they so desire for HVAC delivery. I would seek the assistance of your local Coachmen dealer.
