has anyone had this happen. while driving the other day about 58 mph on cruise control, all our dash warning lights lit up and all gagues (speed, tach, temp etc) went to zero for about two seconds then all lights went off and gagues back to normal. never lost power and engine never shut down. drove another 600 miles and never happened again. called w/h and he said he may have heard of something like this happening but does not know the outcome.
has anyone had this happen and know what may have caused it? we have about 12000 miles on it and had the i/p already replaced because of the fading. thanks

Have had that happen at least 3 times since we got our coach. There is a recall in to get the IP reprogrammed. Don't know if that will fix the problem.

I have had that happen in my coach since it was new. Mostly happens with fuel gage, Thought it was cured each time the IP cluster was replaced,(twice). But no such luck. Hasn't happened for awhile going on 3 months

Had it happen twice this last trip -- funny thing was after the IP came back on the cruise light wasn't lit -- it came back after shutting down and restarting the engine.
If that's the worst thing that happens with my IP I think I'll hold off on any recall work.

My 2004 Mountain Aire is currently in the shop for this same problem but no fault codes could be detected. I've also contacted Workhorse tech support, and they say they've never heard of this problem. Uh-Huh?%!#. Also I asked the "Master" Certified Workhorse mechanic, who checked for this problem, if it could be the crank sensor, and he indicated probably not. he also checked for any loose wiring. I believe that Workhorse Tech Support should take a more serious look at this problem since it could, in my mind, be a possible safety concern. Just venting!!! I've also had the "Cluster" recall, but it was just checked and no re-programing was required.
