I need to remove the wheel cover from the front wheels of my 2003 Dolphin lx. Does any one know what size of socket I am going to need to remove the 3 larger size chrome nuts. The tool wrench that I received with the unit does not fit.

I believe it was a 35mm - the wheel nuts are 33mm.

There are two types of crome nuts on Big wheels
If your included wrench is too small then you likely have the kind that did NOT come with my workhorse
The ones that came with my rig you fit the wrench over it chrome and all.
The ones I got with my replacement covers you pull the chrome off with a special pair of padded pliers and then take the BRASS nut off These covers have "Dimples" on 1, 2 or 3 sides making them noticably differen from the others on very close inspection.
I took one of the nuts to Sears, got a socket, At that size it's kind of forgiving if you get a size too big
Sears HAS the sockets

Try a very large pair of water pump pliers. The Acorns should not be as tight as a wheel nut.
I had similar situation after getting a brake job done at Apache Sands in Mesa. They returned my MH with one of the wheel covers attached with 2 larger acorns then all the rest and claimed I brought it in that way. Had to mail Order new ones on my own. Was cheaper then driving back to the service center and arguing it out.
Ordered acorn nuts from Dicor Item # V19582. about $7 + shipping

I have a 2006 W22 and it uses 1 9/16 socket. The only ones i could find were 3/4" drive so I bought an adapter so I could use my 1/2" rachet. It works well.

I just purchased a 1 1/2", 3/4" drive socket from Autozone along with my torque bar, for removing the chrome nuts on the wheel covers. They were on so tight, I couldn't remove them with the "T" tool that came with the MH.
