I have read all the discussion on Workhorse installing new shocks. I figured why not try. Called, they asked me to weigh front and rear and give them measurment from center rear wheel to back bumper.
Called this in, they gave me a case number to have the front shocks replaced. They are however, paying for the RV Magnum Monroe shocks. I asked should I also install the rear, and their answer was that 98% was satisified with only the front as it is where you would get bounce.
So again, thanks for all the discussion, I should have them installed Friday 23rd.

EZ,
I wanted the Bilsteins but was convinced by a friend that the ride would be too harsh at anything other than max'd out. I put the Monroes only on the front and have been VERY pleased. Improved the ride and handling 100%.

They replaced mine as well and I have been really happy with it. However, I went ahead and did the rear as well.

Workhorse replaced the front shocks on our motorhome with the Magnum shocks and they have made the ride 100% better. We went ahead and replaced the rear shocks at our expense.

E Z Livin, you will find that if you will replace your rear shocks a much better ride improvment and will be shocked as to how easy it is to move old shocks with no resistance to them. "007"

Just a follow up. Workhorse authorized two RV Monroe Magnum shocks for front. Had them installed Friday. After comments on this site, I also had the rear replaced. ($278)
Worth ever dime. On my way home which is about 100 miles away, I could tell a difference right away. When I hit a bump, the front end went down and back up to original position. Not the up and down, up and down as before.
Great improvement. It might be me, but it seems to also be some better on the ocasional truck that pushes you.
