W22 Stainless Steel Exhaust Tips

Here are some before and after pics on the 3" inlet x 4" outlet SS exhaust tips I just installed on our Adventurer. Really makes a difference getting rid of those rusty/stained exhaust pipe.

Bought them on eBay for 30 bucks each including tax and shipping. Worth every dime!!!

Looks like you have a Workhorse chassis and mine look even worse than what yours did. Do you have the eBay seller name or original listing link? Also, what was the installation process: clamps, bolted, welded?

Thank you. -RT

Yes, I have a W22 Workhorse chassis.

The eBay Seller is Performance-Curve. The current item #201024214439. Looks like he raised the price a couple of bucks.

Installation is to cut off about 13" of the 3" tail pipe, deburr and slide the 15" long SS over the pipe and tighten the clamp. It does have a slant cut that you must clock before tightening the clamp.

Take a hint from an old street rodder and add never seize to the threads of the SS bolt/nut to prevent galling if you ever need to remove the tip.
