I have stock Michelin XRV 235/80 R22.5 tires on our '05 Dolphin 5320 and am contemplating upgrading to the Alcoaź Dura Bright Aluminum Wheels. I would like to get more rubber on the road if possible for some improved handling. Is the XRV I have the only option for these wheels or are there alternatives for a wider tire? Don't want to negatively impact tranny computer and suspension by doing so, but I am curious about other tire options. I have the front and rear track bars and safe-t-steer upgrades.

I don't really understand why you want to change the rubber. My handling is excellent and I'm longer than you. I have looked at that new single wide tire for the rears put the cost is outragious.

What kind of "improved handling" are you referring to...What kind of pressure are you running in your tires? Just curious for the reason of wanting a wider tire..I have the same tire on my 05 Dolphin and ride is fine?
