Owning a 2007 W22 still places you within the range of participating in the campaign to be performed on the W 22s. Just wait for that to launch and you can get you brakes serviced according to 90501-C. Currently you are under your original warranty and you may be eligible under the terms of the Interim Notice. I wouldn't worry about it.

It is not at all likely that you can retro fit your W22 with Quadraulic calipers economically. It's simply not just a matter of changing the calipers. There's other support equipment that goes with the brakes.
