Just wondering if anyone has used the WCC service center in Lompoc, Ca. If so how would you rate them? Thanks in advance.

Craig, Not certain who WCC dealer is in Lompoc, but we did have a engine replaced by a WCC authorized GM dealer in Lompoc in 06.clothing and personal items were stoled from motorhome, stereo was ripped out and left on floor. talked with dealership owner directly, he seemed to think we were not being truthful and trying to con him, we did receive compensation after many phone calls, they never did accept responsibility or apologize.

Sorry to hear of your negative experience Candi. This is really bad news since this is the only authorized WH center around here. I believe it is called Sunset Auto Center (?) I guess I will have to look elsewhere when (if ever) the time comes to get the brake recall done. Thanks.

Craig H, Why not call Keith at Redlands. I'm sure that he might be able to help you locate a center that reliable near to where you live. CA is pretty BIG but I bet that Keith knows a lot of he guys that work in the business.
