It should be a LOUDER HORN !!....either way it will get a big bang.

Ted, There is always the alternate method which I won't go into here that that equivocates the use of the horn in the event it's inaudible. 
Everyone should already have this as standard equipment thereby saving monies which maybe put toward better use.
