Some one is reading the rate a service center on the WH website. We just received an email thanking us for rating the service center that we use.

George, Just so that you know .... every dealer rating that is done through the website is reviewed by the National Service Director. It affects the service center's bottom line and it's important for their business to get good ratings.
I expect that the "Rate the Dealer" meter will spin itself into orbit when the brake recall launches. It is very important that you get on record and tell Workhorse if you have had a good outcome from your service experience at the dealership.

They won’t get a rating from me when I get my brake recall done. Because I plan to get it done at Redlands Truck and RV and I already gave them a very high rating.

FT, It doesn't matter how many times you give the same dealership a good rating. It's a game of numbers so quantity wins hands down. Giving Redlands another excellent rating only helps them.

How can we "users" of the service centers get their ratings? I was just to the Workhorse site and looked all over to see the ratings. Will these ever be available to us "users and payers"?
I know there are other sites where users like us input our thoughts, and then we can read what others have written, but i'd like specific Workhorse info.
