I am looking at an 07 Winnebago Adventurer 38T on the WH chassis. It has 16,400 miles on it and seem to drive OK. It was stored in Florida so the dealer is taking care of some rust issues as well as the brake recall. I currently have the Ford V10 chassis under my current motor home but I thought I would ask the experts on other things I should look for before accepting the coach. Thanks in advance for your input and or suggestions.

GENE: I'm thinking the 38T would have been built on a W-24 chassis. If so, it is not subject to the brake recall. If it is a W-24, you've made a good choice and should enjoy many years of reliable service.

If this unit is on a W-22, then it will be recalled but the parts are not yet available so all your dealer can do at this time is an inspection/service of the brake components. Hope this helps. ED

Ed, you are correct it is a W24. I know it drove and handled a lot different than my F53... Thanks for the correction and comments.
