I have a 1999 bounder 34J with a tag axle on a chev chassis with a 454 eng. It has 19.5 wheels and I want to put 22.5 wheels on. Are the lugs the same on both size wheels?

I'm sure they CAN be if you buy them to match your wheel bolt pattern. I'm betting you can buy 22.5" wheels is several different bolt patterns. You are aware that changing the wheel size will have an effect on several things such as fuel mileage, acceleration, body clearance, speedometer, stress on your drive train that was designed for 19.5" wheels.
